Configure Ensemble/Caché connection

See the procedure to connect with Ensemble/Caché database:

Disable timeout on Caché connction.
    The Intersystems support team proposed a workaround. The ODBC DSN can be configured to disable timeout.
    Create a ODBC DSN
    Click the Configure... button
    Check the Disable Query Timeout check box
    Click OK
    Start Pinpoint → FILE → Open log files... → Database
    Click Sources...
    Pick the source for Ensemble
    Click Connections...
    In Database Type, pick ODBS DSN you just configured
    Validate the DSN is correct by clicking on Test
    Click OK → OK
    At this point, you should have the list of services and opertions.
