Promote a Previous Version

You may need to undo several changes and revert to a previous version of a document.  Or you may want to promote a previous version as the working version.  Promoting a previous version will replace the current and latest version with the version you select.

To restore a previous version:

• Navigate to the list of previous versions of your document
• Select the version you want to make current
• Click Restore

A dialog appears, stating that the previous version of the document will replace the current one

• Click OK

The promoted version is now the current document.
