Work With Previous Document Versions

As you work through an interfacing project, you may need to consult older versions of a document. The internal storage structure of Caristix Workgroup makes it possible to view and retrieve previous versions of documents.  Each version is stored and can be accessed as needed.

To view the list of previous versions:

• Log in to a Library in Caristix Workgroup.
• Right-click a document
• Select Version History

From here, you can:

• View a previous version
• Restore a previous version

If you’ve selected a Profile, you will also be able to 

• Compare the selected version with the working copy
• Compare 2 versions
