This dot release contains several new features and enhancement requests.
Caristix Users
To access v2.8, simply go to the Help menu, and click Check for Updates. Follow the on-screen instructions to update your software.
Workgroup
- Drag & Drop files directly to the Document Library. A usability enhancement that allows you add Caristix files (profiles, gap analyses, test scenarios, etc.) and documents in Excel, Word, PDF, etc to the library for easier sharing and updating.
- Filter differences in Gap Analysis (filter on grid). Set up filters to fine-tune your gap analysis.
- View examples of messages for Segment and Field differences (OPT and LENGTH). This helps identity gaps related to data format (example: date expressed as October 31, 2013 vs 2013-10-31).
- Save and import Search and Filter message filters. When you set up complex filter queries, you can now save and import to share with other users.
- Find & Replace on fields in Search and Filter messages. Previous versions allowed you to find & replace strings within your entire message file. Now you can find and replace on specific fields.
- Load messages from a database in De-Identify messages. You don’t have to create message files. You can pull directly from a database.
- Reapply de-id rules and context across multiple files. Extend them over multiple batches of messages.
- Add groupings for Extra Content. Create groups of tabs when you create Extra Content templates. Simplify information management for non-HL7 attributes in your profiles.
